*Use the Eagle’s View Academy CEEB code 100822 when registering for test.

Length of ACT: 3 hours or 3 hours, 40 minute which includes the optional writing section.

Cost of Test: $34.00 or $49.50.50 which includes the writing section.

  • The ACT is accepted by almost all colleges across the U.S.

  • Each section is scored on a scale from 1-36, and then divided by the number of sections taken to arrive at a composite overall score of 1- 36.

  • There is not any penalty for wrong answers.

  • They do have a score choice option where you can choose which exam scores you would like to send to each college.

  • We recommend that you DO take the ACT WITH the writing portion, since many colleges require the writing section with your ACT score.

  • Since there are many questions for each section, it is beneficial to be a strong reader.

  • Fee waivers are available for low-income families. (2017-2018 ACT Fee Waiver Requirements)
