2020-2021 Tuition and Fees

Notes:

1. Tuition amounts do not include the cost of books

2. Additional fees may apply (See below)

3. If a 2 payment or 1 payment plan is selected, payment must be made by the specified due date. If the payment is past due, the discount  will be forfeited.

4. There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned payments.

5. There is a late fee of $10.00 assessed after the second attempt at collection. 

6. Accounts must be made current prior to a student beginning classes.

*Returning students may register for no money down.

**A $500 withdrawal fee will be assessed any time a student is withdrawn after registration. After school begins, payment for any month in which a student attends will also be due.
***A completed Financial Obligation Form is the final step of the registration process. A student is NOT registered until this form is complete and submitted.

Professional Misconduct 

All employees and agents of a public school district, charter school, or private school have an obligation and legal responsibility to report misconduct by instructional personnel and school administrators which affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student. Failure to report misconduct may result in penalties up to termination of employment and revocation of an educator's certificate. Such misconduct may include, but is not limited to, obscene language, drug and alcohol abuse, disparaging comments, prejudice or bigotry, sexual innuendo, cheating or testing violations, physical aggression, and accepting or offering favors.  All incidents of professional misconduct should be reported to:Josh Sheetz,School Administrator, at 904-786-1411 Extension 114

If someone tells you about misconduct, be a LEADER: Listen, Evaluate, Act immediately, Document, Encourage, and Report.

Professional Ethics Standards
In accord with the Florida Ethics in Education Act, all employees of Eagle’s View Academy have a duty to report all suspected or actual cases of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect; have immunity from liability if they report such cases in good faith and have a duty to comply with child protective investigations. There is a legal penalty for not reporting suspected or alleged child abuse or alleged misconduct by instructional personnel or school administrators. The Florida Abuse Hotline is 1.800.962.2873.
